Even after moving to Hawaii, I held tightly to the expertise and relationships I had spent years developing. The idea of letting go and moving into the wilderness, seemed unthinkable. Deep down, I knew releasing my grip might make room for new opportunities and personal growth, but uncertainty about my career path made me reluctant. I feared losing the foundation I had worked so hard to build.
Determined to move forward, I reached out to Architects Hawaii LTD, Honolulu's leading architectural firm. My initiative led to an interview and, ultimately, a job offer. Shortly after joining the team, I was entrusted with three projects that aligned perfectly with my vision for growth and new beginnings.
